where to start.......

Are you feeling stuck? Like you need something to change in your life but you can't quite figure out what is exactly? I fully understand this, I have been in this position myself. So I want to make this clear: the beginning of any change is awareness. We cannot change what we are not aware of. So get in your thoughts. Have time to set with them, to let them sink in. Process, breathe. These thing take time and I often find my aha moments when I am feeling calm and relaxed. If you can talk your feelings through with someone, great. If you can't, then journal. These methods will bring you clarity and awareness.


Once you are aware of how your feeling, you have to ask yourself some questions- What do I want? What do i need? What do I feel? Who am I ? Brain storm , brain dump. Let what is whizzing about in your brain come out. It will help clear your mind and help you to unlock the answers. Trust yourself that the answers lie within you, they are not going to come from someone else telling you what to do. Trust me, things will become clearer to you. So, have time to sit with yourself in the silence, have good friends (or a coach) and buy a notebook and pen. Change starts now........
